Bola Tinubu, the incoming president, has returned to Nigeria.
His director of media and publicity, Bayo Onanuga, verified Tinubu's return.
The Vice President-elect, Kashim Shettima, and a few state governors met him at the Abuja International Airport.
Onanuga tweeted on Jagaban's arrival: "Jagaban lands in Abuja, Vice President-elect Kashim Shettima and governors at the airport reception for President-elect Tinubu."
This put an end to weeks' worth of rumours concerning his condition and location.
