Osun Amotekun apprehends two young burglars

 

Two minors were detained for alleged burglary by Osun Amotekun employees of the Western Security Network Agency.


The two boys, Samuel Adam Korede, 13, and Adam Oyinlola Teslim, 11, are accused of robbing a store in Asubiaro, Osogbo, of a bulk recharge card, beverages, and cash.

The two were detained on Saturday after the Osun Amotekun Corps Commander received information about their hiding place from the corps surveillance, according to Brigadier General Bashir Adewinmbi.

"The alleged shoplifters were apprehended on Saturday after the corps surveillance provided information on their hiding place. When our agents sprang into action, they were captured along with the stolen goods.

"Under cross-examination, they admitted to committing the act," the report stated. said Adewinmbi. 

The head of Amotekun indicated that the police will be given the suspects for further investigation and questioning.
