Isyaka Adamu, the senior wife of Rugan Ardo's Chief Imam of the Nomadic Central Mosque, was killed by gunmen.
Once the thieves received a 2 million Naira ransom, Mrs. Hulaira Hussaini Ardo was shot and killed.
It is recalled that on February 11, 2023, bandits assassinated Isyaka Adamu, the Head Imam of the Nomadic Central Mosque in Rugan Ardo, and kidnapped four of Malam Husaini Ardo's wives from Rugan Ardo in Kagarko LGA.
The tribe was in grief over the death of their chief's wife, according to Samaila Babangida, the Madaki of Janjala, who also verified the killing and stated the bandits would not release her body.
