I have reconciled with Governor Wike – Atiku

Atiku Abubakar, a former vice president of Nigeria, claimed his meeting with Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State, was productive.

This was disclosed by Atiku, who landed in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, during a Thursday press conference.

The People's Democratic Party's (PDP) former presidential candidate in 2019 claimed he was in Port Harcourt to make amends with Governor Wike over party matters and set up the PDP to succeed at the center of government in 2023.

He claims that Nigerians can't wait for the PDP to take office in 2023.

He stated, "I came here to make amends with the governor on party matters and how we can make sure there is stability and unity in the party so that we can seize power in 2023.

"I think Nigerians are eagerly anticipating the year 2023 and the PDP's return."
