NEWS: INEC, Tinubu, APC, and Obi, LP motions will be heard by the tribunal

This afternoon, a few motions have been scheduled for consideration by the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).

One such motion was submitted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), which sought to modify the directives given to Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, candidates for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP), to examine materials used in the 2016 presidential election.

The motions made on March 6 by Bola Tinubu, the president-elect, and the All Progressives Congress (APC), requesting an order to review documents used for the previous presidential election, are also up for hearing today.

A move by Obi and LP "seeking leave to conduct out a digital forensic and physical inspection of BVAS, etc." is also scheduled for hearing.
