Don Jazzy disputes purchasing "false streams" for his musicians on the streaming farm

Don Jazzy, a seasoned producer and music executive from Nigeria, has refuted charges that he used "streaming farms" to buy "false streams" to improve the popularity of his signees' songs on digital streaming platforms.

Remember how several fans recently criticised Don Jazzy and other record label executives on social media for employing streaming farms to rig the numbers of streams going to their artists?

The Mavin CEO, however, asserted that there was no such thing as a "streaming farm" in a recent interview.

He cautioned upcoming musicians not to be duped by claims that an active streaming farm might increase stream volumes.

He warned them to put forth more effort.

"All these side comments about their being a type of streaming farm somewhere makes you sluggish," Don Jazzy remarked. Go ahead and produce lovely music while doing all the necessary steps to promote your tracks.

"Don't just sit there and assume that someone is coming here because a streaming farm is nearby. You will only be affected, I assure you. You'll believe it's impossible to achieve. You cannot acquire it. You are doing yourself a disservice, Ogbeni.

There is no streaming farm, for the love of God. Maybe I'm not sure if folks have it. But listen to those who are prospering and leading the way, like us. There is no goddamn streaming farm, I'm telling you. Nothing about it makes sense. Why don't I get a streaming farm for my artists that aren't succeeding, he questioned, if there is one?
